Steven J. Bayern - Prostate Theranostics

Steven J. Bayern brings over five decades of capital markets experience to the Board of Directors of Prostate Theranostics, Inc. As the manager and key executive of Bayern Capital LLC, he has established a long-standing reputation as a strategic advisor, financier, and operator across various segments of the U.S. securities industry.

Mr. Bayern began his career on Wall Street as a registered representative and market maker, later founding several boutique investment banking firms. He has served on the boards of RACZ & Co., WIN Capital Corp., and S.J. Bayern & Company—firms that held memberships on the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. His leadership in these organizations highlights his deep understanding of market structure, regulatory environments, and the financing pathways that are crucial for emerging growth companies, especially in the realm of advanced therapeutics.

He earned his MBA from Baruch College, completing his thesis under the mentorship of renowned investor and economist Martin Zweig, which further honed his analytical and market-driven approach to corporate strategy.

In recent years, Mr. Bayern has focused on advising companies on structuring, funding, and navigating the process of going public, particularly in sectors related to prostate cancer treatment. Notably, he played a pivotal role on the board of Diopsy, Inc., in facilitating the company’s merger with LumiThera and its subsequent acquisition by Alcon.
