Jianmin Duan, Ph.D., is a pharmacologist with over three decades of experience in drug discovery and development. He earned his PhD from Dalhousie University and spent 21 years at Boehringer Ingelheim Canada Ltd., where he led global initiatives in pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, and translational strategy. 

Since founding his pharmaceutical consulting firm in 2013, Dr. Duan has advised numerous biotech companies on preclinical and clinical development, regulatory strategy, and model implementation. His expertise spans small molecules and biologics, with notable contributions to successful programs at Inversago and Bright Minds Biosciences.
